No Open & Explore Option using Right Click on the Start Button

A fix for those of you who have the "Open" and "Explore" right-click options grayed out on your start menu.

Note: For those of you who use TWEAKUI. If any of the Drive (boxes) in the "My Computer" panel are unchecked, and you want to restore the "Open" and "Explore" option, then all the boxes must be checked.

For all the rest of you, here's how to fix it.

Step 1 -Select the Start Button, then the Run Box. Type in: regedit

Step 2.Open Regedit and find the key: HKEY_USERS/Default/Software/Microsoft

/Windows/CurrentVersion/Policies/Explorer Or the quick version, find "nodrives"

Step 3. - Change the DWORD or BINARY value "NoDrives" to "00 00 00 00"

Step 4. - Right Click on the start button & test.
